En nuestra serie de catas semanales desde Brenda Melero Promoción y Eventos , el pasado viernes catamos Gran Feudo Rosado, conocido como el rosado que revolucionó el mercado del vino español.
Se trata de un rosado mezcla de diferentes variedades como Garnacha principalmente, Tempranillo, Merlot y Cabernet.
Bodegas Gran Feudo
La bodega se encuentra en la población de Cintruénigo, Navarra. Su origen data desde 1872, y cuenta con prestigio nacional e internacional. Gran Feudo se encuentra dentro de la Ruta del Vino de Navarra.
Según su enólogo, Javier Garbayo, “este vino marcó un hito en el mundo de los rosados afrutados y más de 30 años después de su lanzamiento, sigue siendo líder de su categoría”.
La Denominación de Origen Navarra
Producen las variedades Tempranillo, Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay y Moscatel de grano menudo, con unas plantas de 30 años de media de edad.
Elaboración de Gran Feudo
Tras mantener el mosto en contacto con los hollejos entre 6 y 12 horas, se separa por gravedad y fermenta en depósitos de acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada.

AROMAS: fresco, expresivo, a fresa con notas cítricas
GUSTO: en boca es fresco con acidez equilibrada. Final largo con retrogusto a fresa
Maridaje de Gran Feudo Rosado
Carnes y pescados blancos, pasta y arroces con verduras. Quesos y sushi
